Program Hours:
Monday through Friday (Closed on all school holidays)
Before Care: 7:00 a.m. to 7:40 a.m.
After Care: 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Early Release After Care: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Program Fees:
A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child is due at the time of program enrollment with a completed contract. Students must re-register each year. Click here to make an online payment.

Before Care Fees:

• $100 per month regardless of time attended, must be prepaid.
• $60 for two consecutive weeks, must be prepaid one week before the first week of services.
• $40 for one week of service, must be prepaid one week before services.
• $10 daily rate, this is a good option if you only need a few days of services for the month.  Must be prepaid and provide Eagles’ Nest staff with the dates needed.

After Care Fees:

• Hour Block 1 between 1 to 90 minutes – $9 per day
• Hour Block 2 between 91 to 120 minutes – $12 per day
• Hour Block 3 between 121 to 150 minutes – $15 per day
• After 6:00 p.m. – $20 late pick-up fee in addition to $1 for every minute past 6:00 p.m. and increases each incident.

Early Release After Care:

• Hour Block 1 between 1 to 90 minutes – $9 per day
• Hour Block 2 between 91 to 120 minutes – $12 per day
• Hour Block 3 between 121 to 150 minutes – $15 per day
• Anytime beyond 3 hours is a $25 flat rate

Children Not Registered:
Children must be registered with required documents on file and $50 registration fee pd in order to attend.

Please contact the school office to assist you in expediting the enrollment process if you need immediate participation.  We will do all that we can on short notice to have registration completed quickly.  At least one day notice is advisable.

Payment of Fees:
Eagles Nest is a PRE-Paid Program.  A $10 late payment fee will be assessed each week there is an outstanding balance on your child’s account. As our online account system is available for viewing at will, there will be NO statement sent.  Online accounts are available to view your child’s weekly invoice for the previous week’s attendance and balance.  Payment is due immediately before your child can return to the Eagles Nest program. Checks returned will be assessed a $12 return check fee.  Click here to make an online payment.

Eagles’ Nest follows the ATB and ATA ten-month calendars. We will closed on all school recognized breaks and holidays.
